Find out how to upload and send video evidence to DHgate. Follow these tips and ensure your video evidence is seen by the DHgate team.

1. Log in to dropbox and upload files
Want to upload video evidence to DHgate? Sign in to www.dropbox.com.
Click on the icon with a paper document. It is the first icon to the right of the title: Dropbox.
What is Dropbox?
Dropbox is an online storage system that keeps files in sync between your personal devices and the cloud and will ensure your video evidence is seen by the DHgate team.

2. Click “Choose files” and upload
After clicking the icon, this “Upload to Dropbox” pop up will appear. Click “Choose files” and select the file with your video file.

Click “Done” after uploading. Wait for the row to turn from blue to green and for the icon on the right to turn into a green checkmark. Then click “done”.

3. Click that icon to “Share file”
On the very right of your file, there will be an icon that looks like a paper clip. Click that icon to “Share file”

4. Copy the link and share
A last pop up will appear asking to whom you would like to share the file. DHgate uses a different email server, which may be why files that are directly sent from this pop up may not reach us.

Copy the link of that site instead and you will paste it into the “Message” portion when you file your video evidence to DHgate.
5. Check your messages and fill in the subject
Go to My DHgate account and under the “Messages” tab click “Message DHgate.”

Fill in your subject, type (About dispute in DHgate), order number and Message. In the “Message” portion paste the link that you had previously copied from Step 5.

6. Video Evidence upload completed
Once you have copied and pasted the link, you can also upload pictures. So now you are able to upload both video and photo evidence. Click Browse then look for your picture file. And click submit to send the video link by message to DHgate.
